Lack of use, non-attendance, failure to download materials, lack of progress in courses, change of mind, scheduling changes, results different from expected, or lack of implementation do not generate a right to a refund.
Sessions may be subject to rules regarding rescheduling, minimum notice, availability, and expiration. If you do not attend a scheduled session or do not request to reschedule within the indicated timeframe, the session may be considered used.
Ownership Institute™ may cancel, reschedule, or modify the dates of sessions, events, or deliveries due to operational, technical, or force majeure reasons. In such cases, a reasonable alternative for rescheduling or delivering the service will be sought.
